We hold our breath, close is scheduled for this Friday

I count as one of our blessings my cousin Kacey is handling things on our side

She is keeping her keen, sharp eye, her talents applied, to seeing this through for us, making sure that our interests are properly managed

We only have control of half the transaction….so we are somewhat at the mercy of the other side

Things will probably turn into a whirl wind sometime in the next 24 hours as soon as the docs land in our hands

I will need strength, patience and more to guide Matt through all that he needs to sign, to understand

He is ready, in support, but still, we don’t know what wrenches Uncle Lewy will toss our way

Will we be able to find a notary and get the papers fedx’d back in time?

Its going to happen when it happens I guess, we will get through it

I just try to avoid stress as much as possible these days

Last minute stress is the worst, it throws Matt into paranoia sometimes, into a state of jumbled brain processing
